3 Things: Taking action, breaking a sweat and finding emotional peace

Huge thanks for the support with the book. I’m so excited to get it out into the world and it means a lot to h. After a brief hiatus, here are 3 Things for this week around the topic of taking action…

Idea: Breaking a sweat and getting a workout in is much more than a physical endeavor. I’d argue it’s one of the most important actions you can take to help your emotional state. I can feel it on days where I don’t break a sweat for at least twenty minutes. The same goes for taking action on a problem. Don’t sit still. Take action, even if it’s imperfect action.

Call to Action: Get moving. If you’re stressed or stuck on something (like a business problem), take a break and get a workout in – even if it’s short. Breaking a sweat is like magic – it helps solve so many problems.
