The Momentum Reset

Most people don’t lose momentum because they’re lazy.

They lose it because they’re waiting for the perfect next step.

Maybe that’s you right now.

You’ve got goals. A vision. A direction.

But if you’re honest, you’ve stalled a little. The wheels are turning—but not moving forward.

I’ve been there too.

STORY

I’m five months into building this business, and while there’s a lot I’m proud of, I’ve also had to pivot—more than once.

A couple months ago, I launched my first With Intention cohort.

We had 13 amazing leaders go through it. The energy was strong, the engagement was high, and I was fired up.

When it wrapped up, I built a follow-on mastermind experience. It made sense on paper… but it wasn’t the right fit for most people in the season they were in. I waited too long to offer it. And I tried to make it too perfect.

That’s part of the game, though.

Progress isn’t linear—and neither is momentum.

So I’ve shifted gears again:

  • I’m launching a lighter monthly community call option for those who want consistent intention and growth, without a big commitment.
  • I’m continuing to evolve the mastermind for those who are ready for deeper work.
  • And Cohort 2 is coming soon—more details on that next week, but if you’re interested, just hit reply and I’ll make sure you’re on the list.

None of this is built perfectly. But it’s built with intention.

LESSON

Momentum isn’t about flawless execution—it’s about staying in motion.

YOUR ACTION

If you’re feeling stuck or stalled, here’s a 3-step momentum reset I’ve been leaning on myself:

1. Shrink the game.

Pick one meaningful action today. One rep. One call. One post.

Start so small it’s impossible not to win.

2. Track the progress.

Write down your wins—every single day. You need to see that you’re moving.

Even when it’s slow, progress is still progress.

3. Create structure.

Block time. Tell someone. Build accountability.

Momentum needs a rhythm to live in.

FINAL WORDS

I’m in that phase too—refining, experimenting, trying again tomorrow.

I’m also knee deep in my executive coach certification, and honestly, it’s been an incredible journey. I’ve coached leaders for 10+ years, but this has been a whole new level of mastery. And I can’t wait to integrate it more fully into the work ahead.

So if you’re in a season of shift, reinvention, or just recalibrating your rhythm—I see you.

You don’t need to be loud or certain.

You just need to move.
